Appleyard BnB | Appleyard Bed and Breakfast is located three minutes drive from the township of Forbes, in a country setting overlooking a beautiful pond where there are daily visits from a great array of birdlife. This gorgeous cottage was purpose built as a Bed and Breakfast and opened in December 2018.

Appleyard Bed and Breakfast
I stayed at the gorgeous Appleyard Cottage for a night. It was an convenient and picturesque location for a one night stay. Virtually a two minute drive to Forbes.The cottage was immaculate with modern and stylish furnishings to an excellent standard. There were special touches such as Sheridan towels, Ecoya products and toiletries situated in the bathroom. In addition, the kitchen facilities were excellent with all utilities required should you wish a quiet dining.As described the cottage was very spacious, tidy and clean, with a adequately sized and modern bathroom. Denise was excellent in her communication regarding booking confirmation and general communication.The cottage has tea, coffee and there were even spices should you wish to cook. Highly recommended property and keen to pursue further bookings!! Five star rating!

Appleyard Bed and Breakfast
Denise was a wonderful host, we couldn't ask for anything more from her. For being directly on the main road it was a plesant suprise that there was no noise. The breakfast provided was plentiful, with an option for all types. The property is suitable for everyone, ramp access, walk in shower as well as a Wii for the kids (or big kids at heart). Very quiet and pleasant stay. Will definitely be staying here again.

Clean, beautifully presented, cosy home like feel..my hubby, 2 sons and myself stayed overnight and actually disappointed we couldn't stay longer..definitely will stay again when in the area.

Appleyard Bed and Breakfast
If I could rate higher than 5 Stars I would.We had such a lovely and welcoming stay at the cottage, it was immaculate and very clean, beds were very comfortable and the host Denise had thought of everything .The little extra touches and breakfast made for a wonderful stay.We even enjoyed a BBQ out on the deck overlooking the pond.I Would definitely recommend staying here on your way through Forbes.

Great little stay!Shaded parking, very clean, nice and quiet, good amenities.The only downside was that air conditioning is only in the main room.

Appleyard Bed and Breakfast
My mum and I stayed for three nights at Appleyard. It is comfortable, warm, with a fantastic hot shower, very comfortable beds, good entertainment system, and generous servings of breakfast stuffs - including fresh eggs from the farm. Denise was friendly and the place is kept immaculate. Highly recommended!

Great stay. Myself and my family stayed here for 2 nights. The beds were very comfortable shower was great. Breakfast was serial of a high quality, fresh eggs. There was also a bowl of fruit. I would like to have helped them with setting up their WiFi but just didn't have the time.

Appleyard Bed and Breakfast
Fantastic bed and breakfast. We've stayed here twice now as an overnight halt for long journeys on the Newell and thoroughly enjoyed it! Excellent value — large for a two bedroom cabin, generous amount of breakfast food, well appointed and Denise is very friendly. Lovely, well maintained grounds are also a big plus. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone staying in Forbes!

Appleyard Bed and Breakfast
A wonderful Bed and Breakfast that we thoroughly enjoyed. Very tidy and clean. Wheelchair accessible with ramp at the side. Beautiful fruit, cereal, fresh bread and fresh eggs supplied for breakfast. There was also a coffee machine however we don’t drink coffee. Tea also supplied. It was very comfortable for the four of us.
