Says it opens at 7am, we were there till 7 15 am still not open

I walked in at 8:55pm, 5 minutes before they close and was told to get out because they were closed, even tho the doors and store was open, terrible customer service

If I find out what person sold my 14 yo son a vape in this store they will have it shoved down there neck …. Discusting behaviour from the “sales person” highly illegal and absolutely no duty of care … kids at his school told him to go there because they never ask for identification apparently

I recently visited the TSG Helensvill and was blown away by the level of customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all of their products. The store had a wide selection of cigars, pipes, and tobacco, and the staff was more than happy to make recommendations and help me find exactly what I was looking for. The prices were very reasonable, and I was impressed by the high quality of the products on offer. I especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the store, which made for a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this tobacconist store to anyone looking for top-notch customer service and a great selection of tobacco products. Five stars all the way

Bought a lighter from there this afternoon for a Valentine’s Day present - when buying it, the person behind the counter explained that I would need lighter fluid for the lighter as it was similar to a Zippo. Got home after buying it to fill the lighter for me to realise that it actually required butane to fill it. Shouldn’t be working there if you don’t know anything about what you are selling. And to think I was just giving this place a chance as I was there in Westfield this afternoon / will know for future to make the drive to Robina for a reliable person who knows what they are selling next time.

Do not go here. Wouldn’t even show my partner the Cuban cigars. Said he needs to know how much he wanted to spend before showing him. We ended upHeading to a different store and spent $480 on cigars. This place is dodgy and typical trying to make money by not showing you the cigars, but want to know your finances. Go to the store in harbour town. Best customer service and amazing range there

Great local tobacconist, friendly staff, . Vast range of smoking products, including cigars and smoking implements, awesome solvuneers and nick nacks aswell. Recomend checking them out for small gifts ideas even if you're not a smoker.
