Grasan Fencing

I have been forced to write this review against my better judgement but the lack of response to a genuine problem has forced me to.We gave these people a lot of money to supply and fit a pool fence a few short years ago and in January of this year we noticed the coating coming off, I contacted them only to be told “I’m just back from holiday’s and I’m too busy, I’ll contact you soon.Another month passed by without any contact so I made contact again, he, (Graham) gave me the run around again, telling me it’s my fault because I hadn’t washed the fence!I have tried several times to get someone to come out and have a look to no avail, so now It’s well into April and I’ve had a gut full of this arrogant man giving me the run around, and I’ve told him just that as well.So please reconsider any dealings with these people before you give them the job, let alone your hard earned cash.I’ve since learned there are many more reputable fencing company’s in the Shire that you should seriously consider before engaging this lot.We are good people willing to deal with anyone who is reasonable but unfortunately, it seems Grasan Fencing wont even give us the time of day. This case is now in the hands of my solicitor, and I’m also happy to write another letter to confirm that they have addresed this genuine warrantable complaint without delay.Over to you Grasan Fencing

I contacted Grasan after a section of baked emamel railing peeled off; this was on 7 April 2020. After almost a year of chasing the company representative, Graham, and at least 10 calls/ SMS, and verbal promises to inspect, he finally inspected on 15 Feb 2021, and left promising his employee Phil" would be back to fix

We first used Grasan Fencing 14 years ago to construct railing for our front deck. 14 years later it's still looking great and last week they matched and made additional railing for our new back deck. In between these years they have designed and built an amazing internal staircase balustrade and installed 3 frameless shower screens in our home. We will continue to use and recommend Grasan Fencing for their workmanship and high standard.
