I had a 1pm appointment yesterday to measure up for a compression stocking as I will be having a varicose vein operation next week. I was attended to by Tracy who was professional, pleasant and thorough with the fitting and went through the range of stockings available. Tracy is a credit to Sigvaris and I would hope that her manager rewards her with acknowledgement of her great work.

Had a fantastic experience here today with Jennifer. I went in to get flight socks and the level of service and attention was outstanding. Such friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend this store.

Experienced staff, personalised fitting, private and spacious change facilities, well stocked store - a very easy comfortable shopping trip.

Not at all happy with this company. Utter rip off.

If you want custom made compression leg garments that are measured by a machine, then made in Switzerland, then take months to receive - all to find they don't fit, then this is the place to go. The best bit is you will be blamed for the garments not fitting - be it non-compliance, change of mind or your measurements changing - they are your fault and this is according to their Business Development Manager - Bronwyn Neal. They got the business and the money. Then couldn't care less about the customer afterwards.An update to this review - pending my full refund being received, this matter has finally been resolved to my satisfaction. The first time I went to Sigvaris, I had excellent customer service and the quality of the compression stockings was excellent. That is why I returned again when I needed new ones. And you saw what happened then. But to the company's credit, they have rallied and processed the refund I first asked for when this all started. So I wish it hadn't come to this, but yes I am very glad it has all been resolved and to my satisfaction.

DO NOT WORK HERE IN SALES and this is my opinion based on the feedback my partner told me while she worked there and my 20 yrs of sales exp. I even got another one of their sales employees a job at my work in sales and she hasn't been happier. She actually said she was happy and excited to come to wok now. FACT She was glad to leave this place. FACT: My partner advised me it was the lowest paying job on seek. FACT: The make you pay FBT on your work car FACT: when you leave the don't pay time in lieu that is owed to you. There are way better sales jobs out there.

I’d been sent by my surgeon to get compression garments for a medical condition.Tracey was my consultant and measured and fitted me. She was extremely personable, gentle, kind, sensitive and informative. She took as much time as was needed for the consultation.The store was very clean and bright. I was comfortable and was provided with a big glass of water upon sitting down to the session. ThereWe’re customers visiting throughout the 90mins I spent there.Thanks again Tracey. Have a ripper holiday!The product is great.

So impressed with the quality of service when attending with husband who required hosiery fitting. The young woman who attended to him was both kind and very competent. Thank you Jennifer !
