I don’t know if this place has changed hands but I recommend that people avoid this business. They are rude, keep you waiting, the place was filthy, pretty sure I got a toenail infection from them using the same gloves to treat 3 people at once. Would never go back here.

This is a mixed review- I originally  wrote a great review but have subsequently  changed it . A week ago I went in for an acrylic fill and Pedi. The Pedi was definitely  one of the best & most meticulous  I've ever had  - a great experience ! My nails were also good though I commented  that the colour didn't look like the one I'd selected & was told it doesn't  always look like the sample ( after 30 yrs of nails & being an artist I think I can tell the difference  in colours ) .  In hindsight  I should have insisted  they correct it at the time. After 3 days the nail colour started chipping so I went past to show them .The owner was there but not the same technicians . He offered to fix it at the time but I informed  him I was at work & would have to come back over the weekend-  I also told him about  the incorrect colour.  So I went in today ( 5 days later) &  he argued with me that it was too late & that I'd now to pay for the repair . They did my nails again,  in the correct , original colour I selected  but  I had to pay extra  $25  for it to be fixed. I'm happy to pay for a good service  but didn't like his attitude or response.  The technician  felt embarrassed & she apologised.. Sadly I'm reluctant to go back there due his attitude.

Most the staff seemed competent but the manager was extremely rude and did a terrible job on my manicure.1. Manager's application of acrylics on a finger i had chipped was terrible. She burnt and filed my finger's skin off the sides. It was also extremely thick and uncomfortable with a crack on the inside.2. Products were bad. The nail polish i chose had become quite thick so she put a heap of liquid into it to make it more watery. Came out of nail salon and noticed there was air bubbles on all my nails. When I went back to show them the manager was not apologetic and just said go choose another colour."3. Before I left i decided to give some constructive feedback and said to the manager that it would have been nice if she had simply said "sorry about that

Took my sister here for a treat to get our acrylics done and was not disappointed. Felt treated like a princess and staff were really nice. Love love, love our nails thank you so much

Worst customer service that I have ever had... First time I used their service, I was tricked to do SMS nail(powder one) once they said it last more than shellac. I asked how would I be able to remove it, and they said “just come back and we remove for $10 and if you do your nails again, you will not be charged anything. Today I went there and decided to do my nails again, but not the SMS one, once I did not see any value in it, for me was not any better than shellac. They increased the price, did not want to do my cuticles, said it would cost more.... Anyway! Big drama for a nail when there is 10000 nails shops that will not give you this headache... Terrible customer service and worst experience

Customer service is completely unfriendlyThey didn't even take care of my toes.They asked me to pay $30…Which was unfair,I decided to get a pedicure there, and I was removing my existing foot nails, but the staff disappeared while removing it. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I asked the staff who was serving other customers because I wanted to know the situation. She said that I have to wait to 5 more minutes and I couldn't understand, because at that time there was only another customer with me and there were 2 staff, and the other customer came after I came and was finishing the management before me….That woman was also getting a pedicure, and the person in her 50s or older who took care of my toes rubbed my toe skin and hurt it when I erased my toenails, and the female employee who looked like she was in her 30s and 40s ended up after another customer. ,she asked me what color, and when I told her that I had already told the another staff, and then she frowned and asked me to repeat what color I wanted, so I just said I would pay and go.And when I asked how much, she said to pay $30.My foot condition ended like this (I attached a picture), and when I asked why $30, foot massage? She said it was because he was sitting in a massage chair.I still can't forget the look on her face,I never wants to go there again!! Never ever!!

Will never recommend this place to anyone. I have been doing my nails for years now and I have never been to a Solon as bad as this one, service was terrible they were running around trying to do multiple peoples nails at once. When I mentioned my nail was on a angle I was told “it’s cause your finger is fat it do like that” never have I felt so uncomfortable in a salon before and to top it all off I was forced to pay cash and wasn’t allowed to pay with my card was told to go get cash out from up the street. And what makes the situation worse my nails all popped off and lifted after 4days they were so thin that they legit just fell off… never will go back and I don’t recommend anyone to go there.

I had a gel manicure and Lee was great and very professional. I will definitely return.
