Absolutely a pleasure to stay here...the amenities are fantastic has 2 pool areas, sauna and steam room along with 2 spa, beautiful garden areas. Highly recommended

Full of selfish people who wouldn't help a little old lady stuck in the pool area. I would never stay here!

Stunning building with some great facilities in a fantastic location, however the rooms were below average all sliding doors had come off the rails in the room when we had arrived and one was noticeably damaged, the clothes dryer did not work and after waiting more than a day for a response we were told it’s won’t be fixed (clearly made an empty excuse) for the price we paid this was definitely not worth it and would not recommend it unless your get a really cheap deal

We had a great stay! Great building in fab Broadbeach location surrounded by restaurants, easy walk to beach and packed with amenities. Great place to stay for a classic Gold Coast holiday. Be prepared for noisy bins being emptied every morning but nothing that can be done about that.

Love living here. Only thing missing is free weights in the Gym and a Cold Plunge pool. If the building had both of these things, I would almost never leave!! The lift situation is a little annoying when one is out of service (seems to happen a lot) but these are first world problems at the finest.

Love the proximity of the hotel to the beach and oasis shopping centre. Can't beat the views (our room was one of the top floors facing the ocean).
