John happened to be driving past when my daughter had a car accident on a Sunday morning. He moved my daughter's car off a main road into a side street as a complete act of courtesy. He then put us in touch with a scrap metal dealer and provided a calm, steady presence in a very scary, stressful situation. Very grateful to him for his kindness and advice. Will be hanging onto his card and highly recommending him to everyone I know. Thank you John, not many like you around!

My vehicle was picked up from a 4 car pile up, towed to the compound. It was clear from the start that the driver was aware that after any accident people are not thinking clearly. He checked that I had all the information I needed etc. On the way the driver, John, dropped me near the train station as I had no one to pick me up. When I got home found that he had put my E-tag" in the bag with my belongings from the vehicle which had not crossed my mind.Thank you again John for the caring service you provided.Thank you so much John for the wonderful service that was given to me."

I would recommend John from Ace Towing Parramatta. John was very professional and so lovely to deal with. Johns service also far exceeded what I paid him for. John even sent me a photo once the car arrived at its destination to let me know all was good. I was always kept informed of what was happening as this was not my car it was my mums car. He even offered to put it in the garage for us instead of leaving out on the road as the windows had been left open by the repairers. What great service.
