An authentic gym where you will learn the true art of combat and martial arts, and all that comes with it. You will develop technical proficiency, strength, discipline, heart and mental toughness and even team work.Coach Ryan Dunstan has a wealth of practical and technical knowledge, and understands the mental side in a way which will both push you to your limits while remaining supportive. As if Mr. Miyagi was coach at Cobra Kai.

Great gym to train at. Everyone is super welcoming & the team atmosphere is something else. I’ve trained at a-lot of different martial arts gyms before and Ignite is by far top of the list.Coach Ryan Dunstan has one of the best minds in the game when it comes to Martial Arts. Was a well established fighter himself & having taken numerous athletes to the world championships. He has a way of bringing out the best in you regardless of what your goals are
