We purchased a Wall Hung Vanity, Mirror and shower screen online. We were really satisfied with the products and the customer service. We had a slight hiccup when the vanity benchtop was delivered as we discovered that the pre-cut holes were the wrong size. The warehouse manager cut a new benchtop and personally delivered it within 4 hours.....pretty amazing when you consider the warehouse is in Perth and we live in Busselton. I really repect that they took ownership of the problem and resolved it. Thank you team.

ALL ITEM CAME WITH DAMAGE AND NO WARRANTY BECAUSE I COULD NOT CHECK ITEM WITHIN 7 DAYS.All items purchased are the lowest quality I know of. Biggest regret I used this store for my 2 bathroom renovations.We bought 2 mirror cabinets, 2 Vanities with under mount sink. All came with broken and they are not able to provide warranty because I could not check item inside the box within 7 working days. How can I turn over huge double vanity with ceramic sink by myself?I really hoped they can at least replace cracked mirror cabinet door but they refused because I already installed cabinet.1)Mirror cabinet 1(double size):frame was already cracked and deformed when unboxed. Looks like item was fallen from pallet during shipping. Brown box did not have damage.2)Mirror Cabinet 2(single size) mirror was already cracked when I opened.3)under-mount ceramic sink have hairline crack.4)under-mount sink grazing is not even for double sink. Bad craftsmanship.

Bit of a while getting around to this but in regards to choosing our suite and dealing with Cassandra we thought she was super knowledgeable and friendly and helped a great deal. In fact she tipped us into choosing bathroom city so top marks for your help and assistance.On the down side our renovations got pushed out in time by quite a while. In this time we decided our shower screen was too small and contacted BC to see if we could change it for a larger screen, happy to pay the difference. Due to their returns policy they did not oblige our request which was a little disappointing as the screen had not been out the box and hadn’t been touched since it got delivered. Having worked in the building/plumbing supply industry many years myself it’s an easy thing to help someone out, especially if they are willing to spend more money, policy or no policy. There definitely was not the care factor there from staff once we had an issue that we received when making the original purchase.I would definitely recommend BC on the original dealings with Cassandra as she was great but a little disappointed on the willingness or lack of to help out with a literally untouched return. We have another bathroom to renovate after this one if we return to BC then we just wont purchase or get it delivered until we know our tradies are good to go and would advise others to do the same in the current climate.

Jen at bathroom city Osborne park made our bathroom Reno shopping experience so easy. Jen was friendly, patient, respectful and knowledgeable. We also got discounts on many stuff, she didn’t have the bath tub we wanted but Jen made a call to other retailers and we still got it within reasonable amount. The delivery team were awesome, our stuff were meant to be delivered during the weekend but I got a call saying they were going to deliver earlier during the week which made the whole experience run smoothly given that the plumber was waiting. Thank you Jen and the delivery team, you guys are great, will definitely come back for my second bathroom Reno and will refer my friends too

I was recommended Bathroom City by my Builder. I could not be happier with the service and range of products. Cassandra worked with me for a tight turnaround time. She kept me up to date and offered similar alternatives with ease. The range is large but not overwhelming. The display rooms are helpful to visualise size and modern inspiration. I highly recommend a visit to Bathroom City, once you see what is offer you won't go anywhere else. I look forward to starting bathroom #2

Cassandra was amazing to work with. On opening our medicine cabinet it had a chip and Cassandra sorted a swap out asap. Our other product are going great. We will be back in a few month when we start the renovations in our ensuite.
