Top tier concreting

Jarrod from Top Tier Concreting is the most professional concreter I have ever worked with. His communications prior to starting the job were excellent and always so courteous. On the job he went out of his way to ensure that the specifications were met and exceeded. We are so pleased with the excellent concreting job that he did and also with the tintcote applied over the top. Jarrod went out of his way to ensure we were really pleased with the outcome and walked the extra mile and exceeded our expectations. His price was very competitive and we would thoroughly recommend this top tier concreter

The guys from top tier were super professional. They took the time and effort to think about the job and gave some really great solutions to problems with the fall and drainage and then went the extra mile to make it happen. Then when I changed my mind about the size of the slab, after the pour!, they were super patient and accommodating and made that happen too. Highly recommended and I would definitely use them again!

These guys are legends. I have been dealing with Jarrod and he is not like any other Concreter or tradie I have for quote or contacted before. They care about their quality and not here to do a one off job and off. I have been kept informed each step of the way leading to completion of job. They went out of their way to make sure job was done below my budget without compromising the quality. I also got a little surprise in the end, paid much less than what was initially quoted because he was able to save in machine cost. They could have easily pocketed that money, gotta commend their integrity!My side and backyard was a mess and that’s to Jarrod and team for making it much better now. Even managed to match the colour with my 10year old driveway.Definitely recommend them.

We used Top Tier Concreting to replace our front driveway and paths in August. From initial quotation, to design and construction and final sealing, we were really happy with their quality of workmanship, ongoing communications, and the final project outcome. Jarrod was very willing to discuss and answer any queries, to work with us on fall and drainage issues, and to coordinate with other trades involved in the full job (i.e. new retaining walls). The demolition of the original driveway was a huge job, complicated by a large carport, but it went very smoothly. No question or request of Jarrod was a problem, and his experience in stone colour and finish was right on point. Jarrod's team - Greg and Scotty - were hard working, respectful, and took great pride in a job well done. Our new driveway has made such a difference to the presentation of our house and its functionality; we have received many compliments from passers-by, neighbours and local tradies (incl. one who works for QBuild). Highly recommended! (I have only delayed in writing this review as it took time to replace our lawns and garden in order to take 'finished' photos.)

Having been in the construction industry dealing with concretors for many many years, I have seen really average concretors and I have seen really good ones. These boys are most definitely one of the good ones. They were super friendly and approachable. The kept me informed the whole time and checked in with me when decisions needed to be made. They seem truly passionate about delivering a high quality job and worked like devils to finish the job and even cleaned up after themselves.No hesitation in recommending them.

This is the second time I have used the services of Top Tier Concreting. Jarrod, Greg and Scotty are a fantastic crew and leave the site better than when they had arrived.They have built a retaining wall, shed slab on a slope and concreted my patio.They took care of every detail and ensured a meticulous finish.

Thoroughly impressed with these guys! I had contacted 4 other concreters who didn't even bother replying before Top Tier were recommended to me and far out, what a great job they did! They also went above and beyond and cleaned up afterwards, leaving my backyard looking better than ever! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a concreter!!
