Our beautiful and friendly Aussie Shepherd puppy had a terrible experience with this groomer today. Within 3 hours he had a wash and a very slight trim. He still had prickles in his fur, sores from where his harness rubbed (probably from being distressed), came out drenched and extremely thirsty when he got home. He doesn’t like being blow dried which we are taking into consideration but for our poor puppy to be stuck in a cage for 3 hours to only be washed made it a very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend!

Great customer service. Goes above and beyond. Not only do great grooming, have my girl pink ears and tail and did her paw print for me so o can get it tattooed

Our Sammy boy has been getting groomed by Chantelle, Takisha and the girls for over 2 years now! In the beginning he wasn't such a fan of the water but loved the attention of the groomers. These days he comes running and loves every minute. He adores them as much as they do him.Chantelle and Takisha have always been there when I have any concerns about Sam's coat/skin etc and treat him accordingly. Nothing is ever too much trouble. He is especially loving the new doggy treats!

I’ve just had my boy Levi in for a full groom at short notice (booked a cancellation) and I’m extremely pleased with the results. Highly recommend!! They understood exactly how I wanted him cut and Levi seemed very happy to be there. See you next time!!!

My furbaby always looks beautiful and smells fresh and clean after her groom. I love the photos the salon puts up of all their fur clients. I've also noticed my dog is much more relaxed since starting her grooming with PamperPals.
