Pathetic Service. No Courtesy, Delivery guy was rude. Left the goods At Front Door, while the sole purpose of the delivery to get the goods delivered at first floor.I'm Surprised IKEA used this cheap company for their goods delivery. I see more such feedback but looks like even IKEA not learning any lesson.

Did not show up when booked. Quoted $135.00 to pick up goods and deliver. Next day I call to ask why the goods were not picked up and told couldn't fit the job in" No courtesy call to let me know and the tone of the phone call today was cold and blunt on their end! They must have these issues all the time and the staff are over handling it!! Most companies would respond to reviews.. obviously they don't care about their negative reviews."

So I had an IKEA order with 22 large packages being delivered today from 7am-1pm, at 2pm still had no phone call from the delivery drivers.Spoke to IKEA which informed me that it was on a truck this morning and we should receive a call with 1 hours notice before arrival. We got the call as I was on a different phone to IKEA saying they are there waiting at the apartment and can't stay.I work in Logistics. Policy is call at 30 minute eta and wait for 15 minutes on site if not home to give the resident a chance to get there. My elderly father was opening the apartment for the delivery and is 2 suburbs over. So he has rushed over there to let them in.The drivers were polite and but stated they were very stressed. So feeling bad for them we didn't say anything further.The rostering manager needs to put an additional truck out for these types of deliveries because you'll lose your business contracts and burn out your employees.

They are Ikea’s delivery service partner. Just a review based on my experience today (got my sofa-bed delivered through them)1. Delivery personnel did not give me a call prior arrival even after a note was left.2. They did not follow the instruction to bring the parcel to Basement 1, Loading Dock. Instead, they left the parcel in the lobby, leaning on the glass!3. The box arrived OPENED and is DAMAGED.

Very unprofessional and bad delivery service. IKEA uses them as third party, and customers suffer from unprofessional delivery service. We were not even given the tracking number. The delivery was supposed to come during the day, and at 7 pm still hasn't come!

I wish I could give a negative star. If IKEA continues to use this company, IKEA will lose the business very soon. They never show up to pick up the items while it is not a free service.

Got some goods delivered from Ikea for a new apartment i have just moved into. Delivery guys were polite and brought everything into the house despite Ikea emphasising on their website that goods would be left at door. No items missing and they arrived at a reasonable time. Only giving them 3 stars due to the total lack of communication from the Driver before hand. I never received a call to say that they were on route and it was lucky that I had decided to stay at the unfurnished property the night before. I would have been screwed otherwise.

Be careful if this is the company that IKEA will be using to deliver your goods bought at the store. IKEA’s delivery terms state that the items will be delivered to the room of your choosing. Upon arrival, one of the delivery guys asked where they should leave the items and I said they need to go to one of the rooms upstairs. He then says they first need to put all the boxes together to take a picture. I said in that case you can leave them at the doorstep to take your picture, but then after that you need to move them upstairs. So I then turned around to continue doing what I was doing, and next thing I know they are gone and I am left with 9 super heavy boxes that I had paid to be delivered to the room of my choosing, NOT to my doorstep. They delivery guys left quietly like a bunch of thieves. Absolutely appalling service.

Ordered from IKEA on Saturday afternoon and got my delivery the next day i.e. Sunday at 9am. Fast, efficient and good quality product. The driver came in heavy rain, called twice before arriving and was happy to take my parcel upstairs. Very Happy with the purchase and delivery service.
