What an absolute delight to be served by lovely young staff I think one is named Charis and the other one Cole.Spending $1000 on a vacuum cleaner is not something you do lightly and they knew and understood their product knowledge and what specifically I was looking for and did it so in a very friendly and welcoming customer service manner. They even help me take it out to the car you just don’t get service like that any more.
