Ess Gateway Village
The rooms power turns off when your not in there so you come back to a very hot room. Also there is black mold in the shower area which doesnt seem to bother them. Also the pillows are way to thick and they dont seem to have spare thin ones when you ask. The front reception lady did not seem to like if you ask for an extra towels for your room like it was to much effort. The camp has certainly gone downhill since I last stayed there

Not the best experience. Next to no mobile reception and only 10gb of wifi per month, you couldn’t even stream 10 episodes of your favourite tv series, let alone allow your device to update…. Mould all around the roof of the bathroom, you need to supply your own crib food containers, handy when you are no aware of this…. Camp food, some lovely healthy options and good quality well cooked food, but only one meat option for the night , and you look over the otherside to an “exclusive specific site member only dining space” enjoying beautifully cooked meals, Lots of selections for crib and desserts, and all very tasty food, comfy bed, biggest disappointment is there wifi…. I travel with some data hungry work requirements and a data hungry Xbox , dosent look like I’ll be doing anything after work….

Room had the strongest smell of mould I've ever come across. Food is ordinary, if you are Roy Hill then it is pretty good but for everyone else it's average.

A lot more than to be expected from a remote work camp.The food is well prepared, fresh and healthy, with good varietyThe rooms are adequate enough with cable tv channels for the two hours you are awake in the room.Rooms and building reasonably new and well appointed with great black out blinds, table/desk and chair, good size tvShower a decent size.Laundry has enough machines to cater for the camp.Most importantly, the sound proofing is exceptional. Even with the mandatory door slammers that have no consideration of others, seem to ever exist! :D

Clean-ish roomsDecent tv which gives a smile.Well below average food, quite bad actually. Tired, .off-site (I presume) prepared, very tired lunch options.Great wet mess, competent onsite shop.

Disgraceful to have people away from there family’s staying in this dump! No network coverage so it’s nearly impossible to call loved ones, food is only okay at best. ESS should be ashamed of them selfs, mining companies preach about mental health at all time, yeah right full of Sh it
