Ugh this place used to be a legit place to buy occult items in the 90's. Now it just sells hippy maternity wear

I walked into Tree of Life in Parramatta and saw a beautiful, turquoise blue fabric door hanging. I wasn't sure it would fit above the door at first. So one of the girls measured it for me. I measured the door and rang the Parramatta store, spoke to Chantelle, who arranged to put it aside til I was able to come to store and pick it up. The staff in this store go out of their way to be helpful. I love shopping here.Thank you.

My younger brother was here today to purchase my mother a birthday present when he was confronted by a staff member. He was made to feel unwelcome and described her as aggressive. My brother, a quiet well mannered youth was asked to leave if he wasn't going to purchase anything. Very disappointing to hear over my mother's birthday dinner tonight. As a family we have visited tree of life frequently but will not be returning again. Very disappointing in what we thought was a welcoming and enjoyable retail experience.

Amazing customer service. I have to personally mention Jacqueline, she went above and beyond in helping me choose the perfect piece. She was extremely patient with me and was very calm even though she was quite busy with multiple customers and was on her own.Other stores I have felt rushed or they get frustrated that I’m taking too long and they walk away when I need help trying Jewelry on and they need to open the cabinets. Jacqueline helped me find the right sizes and made great recommendations for me! Cannot fault the service from this store, I’ll travel here again over my local store in future :) well worth the extra 30 minute driveThanks Jacqueline

Clothes are nice but really expensive especially considering they cost so little to make.

5 stars for the customer service. Without fail the girls make me feel welcome every time and I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Clothes are expensive for what they're worth in my opinion but at least I find something cute almost every time.

Have been shopping here since past 2 years...love the cushions , incense sticks and gem stones.. had to exchange the cushion bought from newtown store as it did not match the size i was after..with lost receipt went to Parra store and found a bigger cushion. Grace who understood that I had lost the receipt wen t above and beyond to call up newtown store to track my purchase and was kind enough to exchange it..She certainly did a stellar job in helping me and won my trust.. will always stay a loyal customer to Parramatta store after today s flawless experience
