Couldn’t ask for a better Physio experience!Friendly informative and spot on with diagnosis and treatment. The Physios go the extra mile to ensure that you are on a plan that is appropriate and they offer sound advice. Would recommend these guys for any problem large or small. You don’t have to be an Olympic athlete to be treated like one at Star Physio

Recommended by a friend. Not the usual physio experience ,here they focus on prevention, rehab, changing your life and body with supervised weight training . Friendly supportive team and never felt intimidating . They start gently and allow you to get enthusiastic . Highly recommend!

A friendly, efficient team, including reception, who go out of their way to help. I have been going to Julie Pham for physio and podiatry for nearly 1 year and would not go elsewhere. I initially went for posture concerns and the improvement due to the exercises devised by Julie seemed immediate. I have received advice from both Julie and Steve Jeffries and highly recommend them both.

The strength work designed and modified by Damian Oldfield is getting me back on the road to running again and potentially competing in Triathlons again from hardly being able to climb the stairs without pain. The self confidence that comes with this is invaluable. The bike fit made 8-15% difference immediately.
