KNJ CHEMDRY

I had my couch (stained by cat urine) cleaned by Ilias on the 19th October. At the time he guaranteed the smell would dissipate within 14 days or else he would come back for a reclean. I arrived back from my holiday about 3 weeks later and the smell was still there albeit a bit stronger. I contacted Ilias again requesting a reclean and he initially rescheduled on the 26th November but claims his van had broken down. There was no follow up and after more messages from my end he rescheduled again to the 29th December. He did not show up nor text me he wasn't coming and I haven't been able to contact him since. If I could offer 0 stars I would. Dissapointing from a man who seemed so passionate about his job.

Carolyn and Llias did an fantastic job on cleaning my 7 year old couch and made it look and feel brand new again, were processional and extremly friendly. We would reccommand thete service to everyone as fairly peiced and a wonderful couple to have met.
