These guys are extremely professional, very helpful and I HIGHLY recommend to see them if you need a top quality electric bike or scooter.I purchased a Zero 10X and will never look back on the purchase (mainly because I leave everyone behind me)! Go see Ian and his team as they are great people. Thumbs Up!!!And BTW - Jay Mcnab the average lifespan of a battery like yours would be 3 years with no use at all! You need to recharge at least every 2 months!
