Electrician Mornington

I rang Jeff after the power in my house had been off for some hours over night. Jeff gave me information/instructions on what to do to get the power back on.In no time the lights were on and all electrical equipment was working.  Jeff came to my home, checked the power board and all equipment.Thank you Jeff for the over the phone ‘consultation’, your knowledge and generosity   You really helped me in my time of need.  And most surprising of all, instead of charging me, Jeff asked that I make a donation to the Scouts next time I see them Scouts out and about fundraising.Highly recommend Jeff to anyone who needs a true, honest, and helpful local tradesman.  Many many thanks.     Sue B

Very good first impression. I feel constrained to write in and provide feedback on a positive customer experience I had today with one of your employees.At morning today our electricity board outside blew up as a result of a harmed/defective wire in one of the main switches. It rendered the entire main board useless and obviously meant no electricity throughout the entire house - so it was freeze circumstance at home!My wife, who was at work at the time, found you guys easily online, she put in a call, and I then had Jeff on the phone shortly thereafter explaining. Jeff explained in basic terms the shortcomings in our overall power board, offered awesome and professional advice as well as his professional and personal suggestions and guidance on what needed to be done.His know how, knowledge and expertise were faultless. Today there was heavy rain and was very distraught i had lost power in my house. I rang Jeff and he was very professional, trustworthy and kind as I did not really know what to do. He help me out and was very honest about what he had done. I definitely would use his services again and would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest electrician.

Absolutely fantastic service, the power had gone out in our cottage and the safety switch would not let it come back on. I rang on a wet windy day and they were there in 30 min. They not only gave me future tips if my safety switch ever goes again, but found the fault in the roof within the hour and rectified the problem. Very friendly and explained everything, i was extremely happy. They will be my first port of call if i ever have problems again. Well done guys.
