Food is good. Restaurant could be cleaner. Customer service is not a strong point. Kid's play area looked like it needs a clean.

Ordered a Double cheeseburger but they have me a burger with one patty. As well as this, the place is almost always ridiculously dirty and majority of the staff members walk around and don't do any work. Whilst I was waiting, I witnessed employees talking to each other about their personal lives instead of working. I wouldn't recommend this McDonalds unless you're going through the drive thru.

Depends what crew is on, but my first time being in that branch (Jan.8 2023 Sunday) for brunch, my wife asked a crew member for a table number. The male service attendant did a cursory look over the counter and told my wife no number available and suggested she ask another crew member, then left. Anyway, food service was prompt and made properly. Very conveniently located next to the petrol station with good toilets. I like the location as it's just near the roundabout. Small parking spaces though.

Never thought I would review a Mcdonald’s however everyone was commenting on how nice the person who served us was - possibly an assistant manager as we went through DT, she should be commended for her customer service

My experience with this location was great up until last weekend!Hash browns where at the bottom of the bag all squashed with 4 out of 4 bacon an egg muffins HAD NO BACON!But the worst thing about the experience was the managers I spoke to, very poor form!Also The store policy of the customer having to return the food for refund or exchange is a joke! So the customer gets put out for the staff's errors/lack of care!

worst experience, so many employees and yet it took 20 minutes for my hash brown to come out. After i asked they handed me it to me after it had been sitting there for 10 mins, they didn’t care how long they were taking and they were clearly taking there time when were all waiting for food. They also had attitude when they “apologised” which is ridiculous! :(

Never in my life have I seen such a poorly run establishment. For a venue that supposedly prides itself on great service and cleanliness, this could not be further from the truth.8 minutes to get acknowledged by staff whilst standing to wait to orderIt was 9.45am and newspapers hadn’t even been unwrapped for guests (had to do ourselves)Not a clean table to sit at (asked for own cloth to wipe down, girl said she would come over... never even bothered to come)It’s McDonalds, you expect prompt service and a clean space to eat. If you expect these things then don’t bother coming to this maccas because it will certainly disappoint.
