We live in Glen Waverley and had our bathroom done by Alcon Building. Having got 7 quotes, they are the best not only at the quotation stage, but planning and implementation. The project was on budget and on time. The team was cohesive and hardworking (some knocking off well past 7pm) lead by good project managers, Ian & George. Workmanship was immaculate and they went the extra mile doing tasks not stipulated in the contract. We are very pleased with our new bathroom and will use Alcon again for future renos.

Recently had our bathroom renovated. Ian O'Connor was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, always kept us informed of what was happening. He promised us a bathroom we would love & he delivered.Many thanks Ian. We will have you back for more renovations.Highly recommend.

Wouldn’t recommend. Had our main bathroom completed 2.5 years ago and although friendly in nature we have had many issues. So many ongoing issues including cracked tiles, cracked and missing grout and doors not fully opening/closing only a few months after completion. Very disappointing and they were probably the most expensive quote we got.

We used Alcon to build a cafe from scratch, their commercial knowledge is excellent and everything went really smoothly. They have great staff and trade contacts to handle anything you need.

Have been disappointed with the poor customer service, communication and lack of follow thru with various aspects of home renovation. Poor supervision of contractors and many errors made along the way that needed revisiting. Stress to family has been high!
