The extent of historical collection inside cannot be gauged by looking at the bldg. There is something to interest everyone as they have carefully displayed items from daily life, civics, industry, politics & war.Small entry fee, locals can revisit free in 6 months.

Landsborough Museum
Saw an advertisement about the Landsborough Museum, so we thought to pay it a visit. It's worth stopping for a look and finding out the interesting history of this whole region. The displays are well organised - and especially all the activities around logging timber in the past explained. The tools used amazing.Very well done - the Council can be proud of this treasure about the past. Very educational for children.It's definitely worth a stop to check it out! Thank you to the staff who did the introduction.

Welcomed warmly and shown around by a very friendly lady. Then left to wander around ourselves. Well stocked with local treasures. Very well set up and a wealth of info available for anyone interested in researching the local history.

What a great local museum, with all artefacts donated from within the Landsborough and Caloundra vicinity. The volunteers were great, and my kids were all engaged in the displays. We all really enjoyed it!

Well worthwhile experience to visit the Landsborough museum. We were met by a very friendly and knowledgeable lady who gave us a detailed run down of the museum. The museum is well themed and we'll layed out. Lots of really interesting items we'll presented and in good condition. One small negative a few of the displays were poorly lit and a little hard to see all the detail. However in all a very good time spent and would highly recommend.
