I own many properties and need the best of the best to manage them, not only to protect my assets but also to protect and care for my tenants. When I first met Simon, I had five other agents lined up after him for interviews. I knew immediately he was the one and cancelled all the remaining appointments. I was not disappointed. Simon is a straight shooter. He will not try and get your business by promising you the stars (aka ridiculous amounts of money!). If you go for someone like that, I guarantee your property will languish while tenants go for the actual market rate. That said, in a falling rental market in the Eastern Suburbs, Simon has always - always - managed to get me not only brilliant tenants, but also top dollar. But this is really only part of why I will only ever work with Simon. He will take calls at ten in the evening, he has worked his behind off getting me in a new set of tenants while on holiday. And the best part? He is one the most honest, helpful, and kind-natured people I have ever met - both inside and outside the business. If you are looking to rent your property, honestly, from landlord to landlord, you will find no better agent than Simon.
