Went in to clarify some things about cancelling my service and got some of the rudest customer service I have ever had from a certain uninterested lady. Took me a solid 30 seconds of standing in front of a few unoccupied staff members before I was even acknowledged by them. No interest in actually looking into the issue, didn't even bother looking up my account or asking for details. Just gave me a nah this is what should happen" response that I later found out was incorrect. I had to contact live chat later that day and they were a lot more helpful and resolved the confusion and issue I was having. Such a shame that the staff here care so little aboutcustomer service. Pull ya heads in."

We waited 15 minutes today to be served, a woman came out and asked if we were okay, we advised that we were here to get a new phone and contract.With an hour and 20 minutes til they close, she advised that we would need to come back another day.If I could rate her personally a 0, I would. Get yourself some new staff.

Went to the store and they told me they were too busy and asked if I could book an appointment which I did 2 days later at 1.30pm. On the day of the appointment got there 5 minutes earlier they told me to take a seat, at 2.20 I still hadn’t been attended to and was told I’ll be up soon and that’s when I got up and walked away. The lady asked nicely would I like to reschedule and I said no thank you. What I can’t understand it’s a Telstra shop nothing less and nothing more it’s not like I’m servicing my car or a doctors appointment that we have to book ourselves into a retail store, but if you have changed your retail concept then that’s fine but to come back for a third time then you truly behind the eight ball in customer service. Been with Telstra for the past 20 years I find there coverage to be the best but this will only get you so far, your service has deteriorated to 3rd world level and that’s being nice.

We went there today on an appointment to transfer ownership of some phones, Christa was great, she was very helpful and understanding.

This is a warning about this shop.1. Wanted to get a new contractThe male Proceeded to try and get my licence out of my wallet.2. Didnt go ahead with contract and telstra try and charge for change of account number and ive had the same account number for 14 years and sent my details to debt collectors. .

I went in today to get a new iPhone and plan, the gentleman I first spoke to was great. He informed me they were busy and to come back in half an hour, and he would call me if I could get in earlier. I went back after 30 mins and got assisted straight away. I was assisted by Janelle, who is fantastic. She helped to get everything sorted quickly & even informed me I could use my points to get the charger I needed. I'll go back to Sylvania Telstra for any of my phone needs in the future.

Telstra and NBN have created a nightmare with a simple move from one property to another, I continue to be told there is nothing wrong with your account even though it took 4 weeks to have NBN connected a wrong name was applied to the account, my account details were changed and emails were cut off, the staff request you call a call centre who also can not rectify issues,

Very unhelpful, wouldn’t answer questions and wouldn’t even sell me a pre paid SIM.Total waste of space and oxygen
