Worst people to deal with, have not replaced trolley’s in over 10 years, just money grabbers with no customer service morals! Do yourself a favour…Don’t use them ever! And potential customers I have given them over $10,000. Still they won’t wave a late fee, they have changed their policy as they used to text you if you were Three days late, not now, they wait till day 9 to tell you and guess what day 8 is the day the charge you late fees.. And Owners response! I did try to work it out with your millennial staff member, however, she just yelled at me to read my contract, so you do not try to work it out. So don’t post woke flowery responses…Tell the truth, enjoy my $20. Hope it was worth it!!!
