All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, even had a very comfortable lounge. Their meals were really nice, tasty and good size serving. Only downside was the smell of the water, but it is like that everywhere in Quilpie.

Lovely quiet room and there was a lovely spot outside my room to soak up the winter sunshine. I had had a very busy day so it was nice to arrive to a friendly welcome and a comfortable room. the shower was very smelly though and I couldn't bring myself to use it. I think it was the bore water. It kind of made the room smelly too. I sprayed some room freshener around which was supplied

Excellent accommodation! Very friendly and helpful owners, comfortable, tidy, clean motel room. Could not fault anything and highly recommend. The Bowls Club was across the road where we had a very nice dinner and, the motel cooked breakfast was also excellent.

Quite a good roadside motel. Parking in front of your room. Rooms are clean, wifi is there but won't handle video calling, but decent enough to check emails. Beds are pretty comfortable, ac/heater works as intended. All the required motel amenities. Home cooked meal menu is an excellent touch. The hosts are very friendly and very helpful. A personal thanks to John who went out of his way to help me out!

Looks a bit run down from outside but rooms large and surprisingly nice. Friendly people. Great coffee and muffin from van out the front.

Needed to find out if young family members had safely arrived, as they had no internet service. John went above and beyond to find out for me even though it turned out they were staying elsewhere. Fantastic country hospitality. Thank you John.

Looked after us when our caravan broke down,thanks so much John,and staff.The beds were so comfortable.Bbq area out back looked fantastic,coffee van ,parked out front in morning,a big hit.The Club across road has great meals.Can order meals thru reception. Very reasonable price for quality accommodation.

The hosts are willing and friendly.Could be at a different price point for what is on offer.Room had a Queen and Single bed. I took a single @ $115. Single mattress was good, however the Queen mattress in the room was a cheap sprung one. I slept in the Single, as this was what I overpaid for.Clean room and well maintained to the original standard.The decor should be updated for the prices being asked.
