What a great business! Purchased a few very affordable wheel stops from their website, and due to the price I was a little hesitant that they may have been poor quality but was pleasantly surprised. Firstly they arrived within 2 business days, and they were amazing! Had a couple of small issues, called their support centre not expecting much, but was greeted with a super friendly lady who was very helpful and resolved the issue in a matter of hours. Safety Xpress are true professionals, sell great product and are very affordable, can't thank you enough.

I ordered aluminium stair nosing from Safety Xpress. I ordered it on a Wednesday, it was dispatched the next day and was delivered the day after that - very quick. Contents were packaged well. Great service and the product is great too!

After initially being told the item would arrive in 2 days, we have been lied to for over a week day after day over the phone trying to follow up. The item has been held up for a week and we have been told you can't follow up with the courier because it takes too long and you don't have the time. We needed this item in a timely manner and were promised and lied to on multiple occasions. We were told you would send another item with a driver straight to our door multiple times and everytime we called to check, we were given excuses. We shouldn't have wasted our time and should have shopped elsewhere...Ridiculous service!!

They get 1 star purely cause the product I eventually received was good other that that i found their staff to be bordering on incompetent. Firstly id placed my order via email with Sarah which on 2 occasions in the email tread i stated that i would like the product colour to be black NOT yellow like she had quoted me. Then after a couple of days i got and email saying it was being delivered to my work address which is an 1 1/2 hour drive from my residence which is where i wanted it delivered. At that point i called them and corrected their mistake luckily it hadn't left yet and they changed it to me home address. A couple of days after that I received my product and to my disbelief it was yellow. I then called them and told them they sent the wrong colour so they apologised and said they would send out the right colour. So after waiting another couple of days I received another email of the delivery confirmation and noticed that AGAIN they were sending it to my work address so again I called and again I changed the address. At this point to figure all is sorted until a couple of days after that I receive confirmation that my product has been delivered but I haven't received anything. I call my work and surely enough it been delivered there NOT the my home address. So AGAIN I call and they offer to organise to have it picked up and redelivered to my home address but don't know how long that will take. I tell them that I really need this product urgently as this has already taken WAY longer than it needed due the their incompetence so ill have to do a 3 hour round trip to pick it up myself. I asked that how about you cover some of my petrol bill cause at $2.24 per litre NOT a cheap drive and was told no sorry there's nothing we can do except give you some discount off your next order! MY NEXT ORDER WOULD NOT BE WITH THESES IDIOTS. WORSE STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE ENCOUNTER FOR A VERY LONG TIME

Had bought speed humps twice from them. Unbeatable price. Very responsive staff.Even though there was a bit of disappointment on some special instructions on delievery and I wrote a complaint to them, their willingness to follow up by a call first thing in the morning was really good display of customer services. And I did appreciate their effort on that. Afterall the mistake was purely their delivery company's responsibility, not Safety Xpress'.Will definitely consider this company first when the next project comes.

I have been using Safety Xpress for years. Everything I have bought has been great quality. Not to mention how great the prices are.

Ordered product on the 12th of August, 2021 and still hadnt receievd it by 30 August, 2021 as I allowed a fair bit of time given the present situation. I was told they would chase it up and call back - they didnt. I called them back and was told it was a problem with their courier and basicallythey had nothing to do with them, so they abdicated all responsibility. Called the courier they said they thought we were closed as it was being delivered to a business address (without even checking-) and put it all on hold. The courier put it on hold without even checking or even calling to see if we were therre or to let us know they wouldnt be delievring. Poor customer service all round and to be candid not at all customer focused - I would not recomend purchasing of a company that doesnt return calls or give its couriers specific instructions then when the customer calls after waiting weeks is told take it up with the courier.
