went through the drive through yesterday morning and the worker at the window, Jessica i think was her name, was really lovely and made my day by being kind. Great customer service.

Next to no customer interaction. 7 staff not one other than the girl who took payment acknowledged me. Coffee was nowhere near good. Too hot. Under filled.Not in a hurry to return.

Extremely disappointed!I just ordered a mocha & white mocha float and despite it not looking like the picture online…It was all round a warm coffee with a very small scoop of ice cream.

Bad experience yesterday. Two old ladies ordered sat down and were not told there is no table service. Their order sat cold for over 10 minutes with no one in the store alerting them. Until I did a good deed and told them. It is disappointing that no one in the store had the decency but chose to let the order go cold. I notified Zaraffas of complaints with feedback but they were not interested and simply stated there is no table service (which is just profit-making nonsense anyhow for a 100 million-dollar business. On top of that, they upped their prices this week.

Really nice consistent coffee. I love the fact they open at 4.30am. Have never had a bad coffee from here. Always taste so good

The food and drinks here are Great! So why didn't I give this 5 stars? Well its that the staff here are like a coin flip. One side of the coin, the staff will be really nice and get orders perfectly right! The other side of the coin however...well the staff won't be rude but can completely mess up my order. However for the most part the place is great!
