Awaken to Life : Healing Services

I first went to see Liz last August 2019, on a recommend from a friend. Little did I know how that first visit would change my life! I've always struggled with my weight and although this was not the reason I went to see Liz, her guidance and healing she unhinged some underlying issues I never knew I had that was holding me back. Not only have I lost a lot of weight I am dealing with my relationship with food and learning to see my own abilities and strength, choosing positivity and mindfullness. Liz has healed the parts of me i was hiding and this process has allowed me to live my life on a more conscious level trusting myself and listening to the universe and its guidance. Ive been back recently to liz a second time and no doubt there'll be more visits, she is a wonder, and such a kind soft soul that her presence is enough to soothe the soul. I highly recommend a visit to this wonderful lady.

I have worked with Liz over the past 18 months and she has supported and guided me immensely. I sought Liz at a time where I was feeling defeated, confused and lost in how to navigate difficult decisions in my life and I have gone back to her many times since to absorb her wisdom. In every session Liz has spoken words or statements that I felt answered my woes perfectly, giving me instant understanding of something I hadn’t been able to see clearly for myself. Other times Liz was worked with my energy and clarity or resolution seems to just appear out of nowhere. Liz provides calm, nurturing space and practices to shift your energy when you are overwhelmed and worn out; I often leave feeling like a new person or realise days later how different my entire mindset is. After our sessions I feel I have a new direction and I am excited to move forward with confidence I am on the right path. I have been seeing Liz in private sessions and in a group setting over the past year. Words cannot adequately describe how loving, compassionate and light-filled this woman is. Highly recommend Liz. I have connected both online and in person. Liz is a very heart centred soul who practices what she preaches. Liz holds space for you to work through whatever is going on. A very peaceful, nurturing and balancing experience for me. Learning to come back to your heart space and really listening to the whisperings of your heart rather than following the hustle and bustle of life and letting it take you on the usual roller coaster ride. I am learning more and more , through Liz's guidance to come back to my truth and find peace in nature and simple things. x

I joined the 6 week embodied mediation group with no real understanding or expectations of what to expect. What I have finished with is a beautiful, deeper understanding of how to connect with myself and my emotions, in the moment, day-day. The group format added an extra wonderful layer.
