I had a prob with my laptop suddenly not gaining access to my inhouse WiFi network that I couldn't solve even given my background in IT .... called Dave who was available the very next day; he came out to our place and given his structured approach in trouble shooting & problem solving, a solution to resolve the issue was found & installed .... all good , thanks Dave

David set up my new laptop & transferred the data from my previous laptop. He provided a complete service from consulting with me on what I needed on my new laptop, to setting up & transferring the data, to follow up afterwards to check that all was working OK. He returned the laptop to me in person & he went through & explained everything to me.
