I only needed a very small screw & nut, to fasten an aerial to a transistor radio. The staff member was extremely helpful, and put a lot of effort into finding the right one, which he did..I am very grateful for excellent customer service. The staffer at Bunninings was right when he recommended GB. Thanks.

These guys are amazing. I'm an older woman who has been several times looking for fixes for small things. I was never made to feel like a silly female, no-one suggested I get my husband to come down instead and I had their full attention and expertise at my disposal the whole time I was in the shop. Highly recommend.
