Just moved into my Marlu unit and really happy with the quality and service provided by the Core team.

Core is a extremely terrible developer and builder with the worst quality I ever seen. I rent a unit before 2021 Christmas, which built by Core and settled in 2021. It is a brand new unit, but the 2 air conditioners in this unit have a water leaking issue because their drain pipes didn't connect with the downpipe. So everytime I turn on the air conditioner, water start leaking and wet my carpet. Core sent a contractor to fix the water leaking after Christmas, but they made 2 holes on my wall in the living room. It has been over 3 weeks, and they do nothing. Didn't send anyone to fix the wall and carpet. Disappointed with this company.
