Excellence is the the world that I can use to describe our family doctor - Azhar Rakhmetova is our doctor for almost 20yrs.We have been following wherever she goes and no matter where.Great professional with empathy and extremely care.The clinic staff members are absolutely friendly with an incredible and lovely nurse that is always willing to help out our needs.I highly recommend.

Mentone General Practice
I have been going to this clinic for many years and the customer service from all staff has always been great. Dr Azhar Rakhmetova is the best doctor I have ever been to. She is attentive, understands my needs and was very proactive when I had an unknown issue that we were investigating. The nurses are also very helpful to take blood pressure, find test results, and other things that save time for the doctor. It is also very convenient that pathology is in the same building. I highly recommend this practice and all the doctors here.

Best clinic and doctors that I've experienced. I'd specifically like to thank Dr Ting and Dr Whitaker for their care, attentiveness, understanding and recommendations. They have always taken the time to get to the root cause of issues and to thoroughly explain things to me - I've never felt rushed out of appointments, or treated as just a number. Both are very approachable, friendly, and easy to talk to. Also, the practice team are also very helpful and professional. Thank you everyone :)

Friends of mine recommended Dr Jason Ting. He is one of the best GP’s I came across. He takes his time to listen and understanding the root cause. Dr Jason is very carrying and you can tell he loves his job. I can’t highly recommend him enough.

I’ve been treated by Dr Azhar Rakhmetova for 3 years and she is the best doctor I’ve ever had.I have some ongoing chronic diseases and she’s very informative, patient and helpful.She always investigates any issue, listens to my concerns and takes them seriously.Thanks to her, I can now deal with all my problems without medication.Even though I've moved from the area, I’m happy to travel the distance for her to remain my GP.The clinics staff members and nurses are also friendly and they always willing to help out my needs.I highly recommend.

I’ve been here a few times and seen 3 doctors: Dr. Ting, Dr. Bahareh, & Dr. Nadereh. They’ve all been super welcoming and accommodating, spending time with me instead of ushering me out quickly. I felt the doctors actually cared about me!Very friendly admin staff too, Ella was a breath of fresh air to speak to on the phone!

Most helpful doctors, specially Dr Jason Ting, who helped me through my very scary workcover journey.I feel always supported and cared every time I go there. Without Dr Jason's kind dedication, I wouldn't receive the treatments and support which I desperately needed.

My husband has come to this clinic for over 4 years seeking help with a wide range of medical problems. Today he was seen by a Dr Dilan Ranasinghe to collect a referral for a problem that has persisted and been documented for over 4 years. He was told by the good Doctor that he can't be helped as he is not known to the Doctor..who's fault is this. He has been going to this practice for 4 years and you bring a clinic doctor to a GP practice and expect him to perform.
