I always enjoy popping into this little gem of a store, a quirky and eclectic range with good pricing ranging from inexpensive gifts to serious collectibles.Staff have always been friendly and attentive without being intrusive which is a fine line to walk.I was recently pleasantly surprised to be contacted as an item I was interested in had come into inventory.In fact I had forgotten I had asked to be notified but clearly they had not forgotten me!.Special thanks to Jessica for letting me know and her kind words were very much appreciated.

Posted an order online, 6 days nothing (fair enough! Don’t expect immediate shipping!) was advised by auto message contact store to confirm any information or contact for information, contacted store twice both times cashier had NO clue what to do, provided me with a number that is NOT active. Sent a message on Facebook and then email through website. Get a message couple hours later saying my order was CANCELED with NO explanation.No contact communication on why canceled and hard to get a hold off.

Funny, polite staff great quality affordable merchandise and one very happy customer. Great for gifts for you and your friends. Some of there merchandise at the moment includes attack on titan, yuri on ice, demon slayer, and jujutsu kaisen!

I don't normally write reviews, let alone negative ones, however, my time visiting this store is the worst retail experience I've had in a long time. My apologies for the incoming essay.I found a rather sizeable Gunpla/model kit that I decided would make a fantastic birthday present for my boyfriend. I was also delightfully surprised when I noted it's $119 price tag - all the surrounding Gundams and Gunpla (even some of the smaller ones) were between $150 - $300.I went to the counter to make my purchase with some other items and noticed the total price provided was over the suspected cost. I momentarily left the store to check my receipt, and noticed I had been charged $200 for the $119 tagged item.Assuming it may have been a mistaken overcharge, I quickly hopped back in the queue to sort it out. When I got to the register, I kindly stated the discrepancy between the tag and receipt. Before I could finish my sentence, the staff member abruptly cut me off to say that she can refund/return it for me, but she can't charge me any other price or her boss will kill her". She didn't take the time to actually confirm the product/the price tag or double check (for the sake of it) if $200 was definitely the right price to charge me.From being abruptly cut-off and questioned about refunding
