Very satisfied. Had 6 hours to get my widscreen fixed between road trips. They got it done at 6.30pm on a weekend two days before Christmas. You pay more for the convenience, but the service was spot on.

Last Friday I had my windscreen replaced at the Lambton branch. The appointment was made by me at short notice and suited my time frame. I was greeted quickly and enthusiasticly by a man who did the replacement. I was invited to wait in their waiting room which was air-conditioned and modern and there was free coffee, tea and cold water on hand. The job was done promptly and along the way, the technician alerted me to rust underneath the windscreen which I wasn't aware of. He also recommended a change of wiper blades which I had not thought about. The whole waiting time was about an hour, as he advised me to wait half an hour for windscreen to settle. I was impressed by the price too as I was quoted a lot more by NRMA and O'Briens gave me 2 discounts totalling $72,which for me, a casual worker on a low income was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a fast and professional job done.

I had a chip repaired in my front windscreen with these guys, workmanship is great and everyone at the branch and at the call centre were so lovely to deal with and got me in straight away for the repair.
