My son needed new football boots. The staff offered to assist us not long after entering the store. The young guy who served us was friendly and very helpful. He measured my sons feet for sizing and was happy for him to try on a couple of pairs before he chose the best ones.

The man who served us was terribly rude and gave us the impression that we were not welcomed. We were after sneakers and when asked for advice he just said to buy an expensive shoe then left and helped another customer making it clear he didn’t want us in the store nor wanted to help us ( just wanted to buy something and to go). It was very upsetting and uncomfortable to be treated this way and unfortunately it makes me feel very uneasy coming into the store again.

The shop has a great range of treadmills, and has free local delivery and were able to arrange for the one I bought to be dropped off already assembled and at a time that suited. Staff were able to run the treadmills in store to demonstrate the features. The manager was responsive in dealing with customer feedback and engaged with me, and to me, that is really important.
