Tweed Valley Service Centre
We were on holidays and had emergency car troubles, Tweed Valley Service Centre were able to fit us in first-thing the next day for a service. The mechanics took a test drive and checked the computer logs and were able to identify the issue required specific attention from a Ford dealer. They did not charge for the assessment and saved me from a service that would not have fixed the issue. I greatly appreciate their customer service and honesty. Highly recommended!

Don't go anywhere else. These guys are awesome. Super friendly customer service. Total one-stop-shop, sorted a bunch of things other places had told me I would need to take to several different places. Felt like I drove away a totally different vehicle.

If you're looking for a GREAT mechanic then head to Tweed Valley Service Centre, Matt and the boys not only generously donated a service and safety check for the Cabarita youth service Van, but the boys gave it a wash as well . Massive massive Thanks and so much gratitude for supporting us and helping to keep our trusty van on the road so we can keep connecting with young people.. You guys are legends!!!

These guys were so amazing! I came in super stressed about my tyres and steering the day before I left for a big trip on the highway, and they saw me straight away and spent half an hour checking everything out to make sure it was all good, and they didn't even charge me ! Such legends as it was a Friday arvo and they could have just turned me away <3

These guys were so friendly and helpful. They rescued us when we couldn't find a mechanic to help us anywhere. They fixed our car, updated us on the progress, they were so very obliging and no problem too great.Would come back in a heartbeat.

Booked for 8, told to come back another day, too busy and now don’t open until 08:30.Believing youre more important than your customer is a big mistake, customers make changes in their life to fit into your busy schedule, Customers keep you open and pay your bills. Unfortunately I won’t be paying your bills anymore.
