Perfect for just a quick meal. I find all produce is fresh. Staff are always friendly. Sometimes hard to get a seat because it's busy, chairs are just stools but they do take out if the chairs are a bit too low or not accessible enough.

Definitely my to-go to place for hotpot! Affordable price, can assemble your dish how you want adding as little or as much as you’d like, and good selection of veges, meats, and seafood options! Staff are always friendly, minimal wait time on receiving your food, and they have a condiments table with staple ingredients to add to your dish or make a dipping sauce!

I really want to give this 5 stars, but it’s just too overpriced!The quality of the food is the best though, best hot pot in Brisbane!!!!!!!!!

The taste is delicious, cannot eat spicy like clear soup. The service attitude is too bad, very terrible. Asked stafs at the front desk for tableware and ignore them. Both men and women are like this.

Went here yesterday 14th of May 2023. Cost me 65$ for 2 bowls of noodles and we asked for no spice. Got given our food and it was too spicy to eat. Took it back and asked for a refund. One lady said yes. The next said no so they put the noodles in a strainer. Washed it off with water and heated it back up. By this point everything was too soggy and the spice was still in the noodles. Worst experience and biggest waste of money. Would never return and would never recommand anyone to go there.

This is my favourite malatang place!!!!The customer service is always awesome and they’re doing a great job with covid safety rules.I had the medium spicy soup this time and my friends couldn’t handle it but I really enjoyed it. But yeah if you’re not a big spice person- stick to mild!Kinda tempted to go again tomorrow! Haha
