Best Western Ambassador Motor Lodge
The location of this hotel is great. A short walk from play grounds and the beach. Ample parking and close to everything.Staff were friendly and the rooms were well priced. And a great size for a family.

Great location right next to beach/Bay, service was extra helpful. Milk they gave out for coffee was fresh but bad. I could hear snoring from additional rooms, the shared back balcony was alittle off putting but I was the only one to use it.

Lovely place, I travel a lot for business, the rooms are big the beds comfortable, it’s not a 5 star hotel but that’s not the expectation, staff are very friendly and it’s close (easy walk) to the RSL for cheap drinks and great food, I stay here every time I visit Hervey Bay.

Lucas and his staff have excellent customer service and there wasn’t anything that was too much for them. Big rooms, VERY clean walking distances from beach, shops and supermarkets. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Thank you!

The room was lovely and clean with a comfortable bed & pillows and very spacious and the host/owner is very friendly and helpful who goes out of his way to accommodate any requests. Thanks for having me. This is a place to return to on future breaks in Hervey Bay.

Best Western Ambassador Motor Lodge
For families this is a great room. Clean and comfortable with a bonus tv in the bedroom. There is also a microwave and toaster in the room so you can do a small breakfast- toast etc. The location is wonderful. With lots of good eating and across the road from playgrounds and the Esplanade. My toddler had a vomit on the steps outside our room and the incredibly friendly Owner/Lukas insisted to clean it all up to a hospital clean when we asked to borrow the mop. My kids also loved the free small bottles of milk and my husband loved the Czech beer.
