Broaster Chicken and Kebab

Ordered chicken kebab did not cut off the roll heated up dry old chicken on hot plateTaste dry hard felt ripped off will never go back . Not nice

I am really not one to complain but food quality is poor. Kebab was suppose to be mixed chicken and beef it was just beef, freshly cooked but cold almost brown lettuce whole big chunks of onion. The crispy chicken has no flavour, chips were average. I didn't go by what it looks on the board if its good food I really don't care what it look like. We through half a kebab and all the chicken in the bin. Customer service was non existent, you say hello at the counter when you are ordering and u get grumbles. I thought I would give it a go as it is always shut when I walk past I am really sorry but not good enough when u have to throw the meal out.

Ordered 5 piece chicken pack plus a beef kebab - chicken smelt off in the car ride home - did not chance eating it- hubby smelt same. Kebab was ok but I won’t return

The customer service was the worst part of this establishment, I made my order, and it took about like 30 minutes for me to get it. The chicken is definitely made fresh" but it comes out quite dry. I ordered some tenders and on their own it was really quite bad but which some of the sauces they offer it is eatable. If I had to be completely honest

Wish I could give a lower rating.I've eaten from here on a few occasions, food and service was average.Today I ordered chicken tenders, which made my lips itch and tingle. After I had finished eating I noticed to my horror that the takeaway box had black mould running down the inside corner. When we called to let them know (so they could check their boxes and ensure they don't serve anyone else's food in a mouldy container), staff said it was probably water".Will be avoiding this place like the plague from now."

Great food. The chicken is fresh and crispy. I ordered the burger and it was delicious. Will definitely come again.

Good size of buns, but Was expecting more.. looks nothing like the photo, chicken burger with two PCs of fried chicken. Not coming back.

Only 3 of us in store. 2 workers behind counter. Yet it took nearly 30mins to make our orders.We had to rush our meals to get back to work.They need to pick up the pace.After the response you gave, you get all 1 stars.If that's your attitude I hooe you fail in business.Cooking fresh food shouldn't take 30 mins. Not for 3 burger meals.

I orders a chicken burger and chicken and chips. The meat did not taste like chicken. It tasted off. There is camel meat on the menu also. The chicken and chips also tasted off and the food tasted which I would assume like chemicals would taste like, especially the supposed chicken burger. The possible chemical taste stayed in my mouth for hours. I felt poisoned! I was sick! I threw the whole meal out which cost $40.00. At the time of this review this restaurant is at 2.4 stars. With 99% of reviews 1 star. There are a lot of reviews that state the meals taste like chemicals or is expired also. This place needs to be closed down! WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT, you will receive food that tastes expired and tastes like chemicals. Complaints need to be made to the health authority after my experience and reading all of the reviews! This place needs to be shut down!!!!!! READBELOW!In reply to the owner’s response below they reply blaming and deflecting the issues made in the complaint blaming Uber. They state they know my order was with Uber insinuating they know who made the above complaint. In Uber’s defense I had a driver which was rated 100% who delivered on time! Some advice to the owner your food taste like chemicals and tastes off as per my complaint and many other complaints made in reviews with the same issue.
