The rental service Ray White Wantirna provides is superb. Liz Zhang is a friendly and responsible property manager who is always easy to reach, warm, and efficient. Angelika from the leasing team is dedicated to her work, great with communication, and efficient with coordinating the leasing process. She made the stressful process so much easier. Highly recommend the whole team.

We switched to Evelyn as our property manager after being unhappy with our previous agent at Mt waverley years ago. From the moment we began working with Evelyn, we noticed a significant improvement in the level of service we received. She is an exceptional property manager who consistently goes above and beyond her responsibilities. Her attention to detail, proactive approach, and excellent communication skills have been instrumental in maintaining our property. Evelyn is approachable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. We have recently ventured back into the rental market to find a place that is more suited to what works for our family. We met Angelika at a property & she was lovely in taking time to speak to me about the property and answering my questions. From that point on it was less than 48hrs and she had processed our application, sent to the owner & called me to give her congratulations on our approval. Angelika has been so helpful & lovely to speak with & we really look forward to sharing the next few years at least with her & Ray White Wantirna.

I’m a tenant who was newly transferred to Ray White by landlord. The house i lived in had many repairs to be done from locks, lights to faulted gas heater. Once I informed the agency, Sandie Cameron and David Armstrong was very quick on feet and arranged multiple tradies to attend. That wasn’t the case with the former agency. Sandie was well organised and very responsive. Your efforts are much appreciated! Thank you!
