Regents Garden Bateman

I came from Melbourne to visit my dad who is staying here and was humbled by the care and warmth of all the staff members here.I have the upmost respect for them as their job is not easy at all.As upsetting as it is that my father has had to be put into a care facility, it’s a weight off my mind knowing he has such a wonderful bunch of patient, empathetic and kind carers looking after him.

My beautiful mum Frances passed away today. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at Regents Garden. They are so caring and we are very grateful for the support we received at this difficult time. Thank you ❤

My Dad moved into Regents Garden Bateman in July after a long stay in hospital. Though it was a rough transition for Dad, I could not be more grateful to the compassionate, patient and professional staff. From the front desk, through to the carers, nurses and Doctor, Dad received the best treatment.I visited several times a week and I was always struck by how well cared for all of the residents were and how clean and tidy everything always was.When Dad went into palliative care I was in constant contact with Regents Garden, asking for updates and recommendations, and though I know I was quite demanding, my queries were always responded to with efficiency and empathy. Knowing that Dad was being well taken care of gave my sisters and I peace of mind.Thank you all.
