My experience with LJHooker in Macksville was a nightmare. They put in a tenant without even taking a bond. I was not notified that the tenant had left the premises and stopped paying rent until l enquired 6 weeks later. My place was trashed and l lost $5000 accordingly to NCAT. Then l had to spend another $1000 on rubbish removal and cleaning. I will never use LJHooker again and have told many locals of my experience.

I'm very disappointed with the way they handled themselves. they've turned an exciting moment like buying your first home into a very dreadful and stressful situation for everyone they should be appauled by the way they conducted themselves.I certainly will be thinking twice before considering business with them again!!!

Absolutely appalling business.-Dishonest,- Lazy,- Does NOT communicate any informationDon't expect the people at LJ Hooker Macksville to manage your property with any professionalism.They will NOT follow up with any tenant issues, in fact they will turn a blind eye.A truly disgraceful business who should be embarrassed to take on any work, because of their complete incompetence.
