Kerryl and her team were amazing and supportive from start to finish. Yesterday I had the privilege of attending their barrister course with a group of our clients from the Mylestones disability employment program. The team with their knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic attitudes made the learning experience both fun and comfortable for all. We would highly recommend their course and can't wait to attend again in the future.

Went to the Beginner's Barista Course this morning. Craig and Dave were great with the info provided and taught in a simple but informative way . Came home to my new machine and cranked out some awesome tasting coffee . Thanks Guys . Definitely recommend.

I had no experience with making coffee, I was made feel at ease and feel that I can comfortably make different styles of coffee with some practice. Great for young and older people as well.I have now completed a second course, it was even better, we had a different instructor, so we learnt some different techniques and learnt some latte art. A really great confidence building course for young and old.

A few of my colleagues and I attended the advanced barista training offered by Vincenza, it was a very informative experience covering everything from the world's relationship to coffee, the roasting process (including how blends and decaf are achieved).The practical side was all hands on and fun, using quality San Remo equipment we were shown and guided on how to diagnose and dial in beans, disassemble our grinders in the chance we ever have a blockage and how to program and maintain the machines.The most fun was of course the Latte art training, this isn't a class that you will walk out a master of latte art from, but you will walk out with the confidence and the know how, on how to create latte art that you will refine and master In your own time. The instructors did an excellent job on explaining the levels to the milk in your jug and how each second of the pour and every movement has a purpose and a flow. I have been making coffee for 7 years now and I was impressed with how much more knowledge I walked out with than I expected.Its well known that any business that serves coffee are doing themselves a disservice by not having well trained baristas, and the training you will receive here feels second to none.

The Barista Course was fantastic. Dave is dynamic & overflowing with knowledge about the coffee game. Thoroughly enjoyed the course.
