I have never met a more incompetent company. Charged me to carry out conveyancing work, fail to pick up the the premise did not have occupational certificates on modifications carried out of the premises. Also fail to find that the septic system need a certificated to operate. I contacted them to discuss the issues and make all the excuses in the world as to why they are unable to talk with me. Please save yourself money and use a a company that knowns what they are doing and also has ethics. The only way I can post this is to give them 1 start they don't deserve that.They may say that they made it clear it the time, sorry that was not the case, I showed the documentation and emails to another firm and they could not believe how incompetent they had been. If they did advise me then they should be able to produce an email explaining this in detail, there is several items they missed so the email should cover all. An email saying take title insurance with no explanation is no good enough.Is that why they bagged the past employee and said that is why she is no longer with them"
