Very unfriendly and unhelpful for an organisation who claims to exist for the good of people. We wanted to shop in that Vinnies Bowen store and our daughter needed to go to the toilet but staff didn't let her because allegedly they are not insured for that. What a joke! We left and went to the Red Cross Store around the corner who are much friendlier, more helpful and have better things on offer for a better price.
