Tailored Solutions Air-conditioning and Heating Installations and Service

We had two different companies provide us with quotes for two split system installations for the master bedroom and main living area. Both companies suggested placing an outdoor unit on a colourbond roof (that is an excellent conductor of sound) and the second outdoor unit in a courtyard that leads to a swimming pool.The third company we asked for a quote was Tailored Solutions. It was not until Stuart from Tailored Solutions came and reviewed our layout and explained that an outdoor unit in the courtyard would blow hot air on people using the pool and decimate our beautiful tropical garden, that we realised how close we had come to making a disastrous decision.He won the job and continued to impress with his punctuality, efficiency and prompt responses to all of my questions and concerns.Within a week of hiring Tailored Solutions, the above-mentioned outdoor units are now mounted on a wall of the side of our house (out of sight and out of the way) with the majority of the piping either running underneath or along the roof of the house (again out of sight).When Stuart assesses your home, he doesn’t just suggest the simplest quickest option, he formulates a solution that will deliver the greatest comfort without ruining the aesthetics of your home.We are very happy with the quality of the work that he has done for us and would be happy to recommend him.

Disgusting behaviour. Trespassing on a property I am renting with no warning. Jumped our fence. Set off the dog. Jumped on our roof to disconnect our unit. Petty act against me as a renter who is not involved in any ac unit disputes. No warning was given. I feel violated and will be calling the police for your trespassing. Never trust this business.

We couldn't recommend anyone more highly! Stuart knows everything there is to know about air-conditioning and heating. Within a week of providing us with a strategy and quote, Stuart came and installed two split-system units in my 92 year-old grandmother's house on a super hot day, making sure he had one of the units up and running by mid-morning so she didn't have to endure the extreme heat. Tailored Solutions installed a ducted air conditioning system for us back in 2016. Installation was peformed quickly and with little inconvenience to our family. We had an issue a couple of years later, but it was dealt with quickly and at no cost to us.
