I was looking for a stylish vanity to be a feature in my new ensuite. I was looking at less expensive ones from various bathroom supply companies however, they were poor quality and ugly. Once I found Loughlin Furniture I had to have it. It’s perfect, practical and beautiful. Next, a dinning table.

We ordered three pieces of custom furniture from Loughlin. After the furniture had been made (2 months after the expected delivery date) I received an email indicating that they had the delivery address wrong and that we would need to organize our own removalists. This was despite the fact that I confirmed the delivery address before placing the order and delivery was included on the invoice. On my insistence they did organise the removalists, but I was required to pay the extra cost.On receipt of the furniture, we found one screw was already lose and couldn't be re-screwed without drilling through the covering woodwork. When I advised Loughlin of this, they offered no solution.Update - Loughlin are now organising a replacement shelf. I will also note staff were always polite and friendly, just a pity they couldn't be more proactive. Furniture all seems to be of good quality.
