The staff at Greencross O’Conner are wonderful! Always friendly, patient and endless amounts of care for my furry children. Curtis has been looking after my allergy and accident prone pug for the last 3 years and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

No long wait times. Friendly service and resolved our dogs issue quickly.

When my cat came in it looked like he had potentially been hit by a car or attacked by a dog. I called them up & whilst they didn't really have capacity to take on any more patients that day, they got him in. I fully appreciate that they kept me completely informed about his treatment, available options & cost of treatment. The practice also accepts gap payments for pet insurance & will process the difference directly with your insurer. Most important of all however, is they all cared!

The staff are great. Very helpful and Biscuit likes them which is great. They always try to make him feel at home and calm when he's been a little scared.

The team at Greencross O’Connor are amazing! Every time I go there they manage to treat my dog and handle her with such care. She can be very difficult to deal with at times. They are all passionate, friendly and informative. I also bring my 2 cats there and am very happy with how they have been cared for. Curtis the main vet is very enthusiastic about finding the right solution for any of my pets and Sam the manager has been a huge support to us in dealing with all our mature pets medical needs. Any other vet or nurse I’ve dealt with at the clinic has been super friendly and caring also. Thanks Greencross for everything!

Greencross Vets O'Connor is an exceptionally well run Vet practice. It is directly next to my local City farmers where I shop regularly, making it incredibly convenient. The experience here is truly the best I have ever had. My Vet, Dr. Curtis is incredibly friendly, diligent and attentive to every detail. He always has only the best in mind for myself and my dog. He goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is healthy, and that you as the owner feel understood, safe and not stressed. All the staff including nurses/receptionist all behave in the same manner. They look after you like family and always make you feel welcome. I would 100% wholeheartedly recommend this practice, Dr Curtis and all the nurses.

Our puppy had a concussion and was seen at the emergency vet the night prior, we were so worried & concerned as we noticed she wasn’t acting herself & not eating still the day after being to the emergency vet. I called Greencross vets to see if we would be able to come in to check our puppy out & reassure us that she is ok and we were seen within 15 minutes of our call. The vet conducted a thorough exam, more thorough than the emergency vet & gave us some great information. We also asked heaps of questions about what a puppy needs such as working etc. and we’re given so much advice & recommendations. I would recommend this vet to all of my friends with new pups! They do amazing plans too!
