Paul and his team are true professionals and absolutely the best at what they do. My family and I came to Canberra effectively at the start of the holiday break. I called Paul on a listing and didn't get an answer but immediately got a call back. With no notice, he shifted his personal plans to allow us to see a property an hour later.He was extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions that we had. When we asked questions requiring owner discussion he immediately got on the phone and worked the negotiation allowing us to make the decision on the spot to rent the house.His communication is quick, polite, and thorough.
